✅ XOOEC – Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
✅ Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).
- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To begin a return, please contact us at marketing@xooectech.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package. Please ship the item to the return address provided in the approval email.
🛠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at marketing@xooectech.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
* Custom or personalized products
* Sale or discounted items
* Gift cards
* Hazardous materials or flammable goods
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us.
🔁 Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being delivered to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Returned items must be in original condition, unworn/unused, with tags and packaging intact, and include proof of purchase.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at marketing@xooectech.com.
🛡 Warranty
All Xooec smart locks include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. For warranty claims, please reach out to marketing@xooectech.com with your order number and issue details.
