    Xooec uses dual-lens infrared technology to scan your unique iris pattern, providing fast and secure unlocking—even with glasses or a mask.

  2. Can I still unlock the door if the battery dies?
    Yes. You can use the mechanical key provided as a backup anytime.

  3. Does the lock require Wi-Fi or an app?
    No. Xooec functions fully offline, with all biometric data stored locally on the device.

  4. How many users can be registered?
    You can store up to 50 unique iris profiles in each lock.

  5. Is the lock weatherproof and outdoor-ready?
    Yes. The aluminum alloy housing is designed to withstand daily outdoor use.
